SALARY REQUIREMENTS 


Candidates are invited to submit their salary expectations along with their application. The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $173,500 to $244,000 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits.

Essential Job Functions: 


  • Analyzing existing software to improve, debug, recover, and understand its architecture.  

  • Identifying vulnerabilities in software or hardware to enhance security measures 

  • Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies 

  • Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met 


Minimum Required Qualifications: 


  • Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.   

  • Required Security Clearance:  Active TS/SCI + Polygraph 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and 12 years of experience.  

  • Research, analyze, corroborate, assess and identify vulnerabilities to develop effective defenses against cyber threats 

  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems 

  • Understanding of CNO development concepts 

  • Understanding Networking protocols 

  • Experience with software and hardware reverse engineering tools 


Desired/Preferred Skills: 


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 


Working Conditions: 


Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be given to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager. 

  

Physical Requirements: 


May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday. 

  

Background Screening/Check/Investigation: 


Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.
